Spawnly Labs ("Spawnly", "we") provides a browser-based studio that helps people create names, artwork, copy and setup checklists for memecoin projects, plus informational pages about tokens on Robinhood Chain.
Spawnly is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Robinhood Chain" is used only to describe the network our tools are built for.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. Memecoins are highly speculative. Prices can go to zero quickly and you can lose everything you put in. Always do your own research and only use money you can afford to lose.
The Spawnly Score is an automated estimate of a token's market health, calculated from public DEX data. It is not a safety audit, a guarantee, a rating of the team or a recommendation. A high score does not mean a token is safe, and a low score does not mean it is a scam.
We read public market data from the DexScreener API: liquidity in every pool, market cap, 24-hour volume and trade counts, price change, the date the first pool was created, and the website and X account listed for the token. Pages first show a dated snapshot, then your browser refreshes the data live. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we don't verify it independently.

The total is out of 100. Scores of 80 and above show as Strong signals, 60 to 79 as Mixed signals, and below 60 as Weak signals.
We plan to add on-chain contract checks later. Until then, check these yourself on the Robinhood Chain explorer before you trade.
Tokens shown under "Live on Robinhood Chain" and in Explore were not created by Spawnly and are not our partners unless we say so explicitly. We list them because they trade publicly on Robinhood Chain. Inclusion is not an endorsement.
Token names, tickers and logos belong to their respective owners. We show them only to identify the tokens, and load logos from the public sources where projects publish them.
If you represent a listed project and believe its information is wrong, or you'd like it removed, contact us and we'll review the request promptly.
Projects made in the Spawnly studio get a Trust Page. Its settings (liquidity lock, ownership, supply, team allocation, tax) are declared by the creator and are not yet verified on-chain. Treat them as the creator's stated intentions, not as facts we have confirmed.
Names, lore, artwork and text you create in the studio are yours to use. You're responsible for how you use them, including making sure they don't infringe anyone else's rights and that any token you launch complies with the laws that apply to you, such as the EU's MiCA rules.
You agree not to use Spawnly to create or promote scams, impersonate other projects or people, or mislead buyers.
The studio runs in your browser. Drafts, saved projects and votes are kept in your browser's local storage and aren't sent to us. If you join the early access list, we store your email address only to contact you about Spawnly, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and market data from DexScreener, so those services may see your IP address.
Spawnly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from decisions based on scores or other information shown here, or from the actions of any third-party token or project.
